Returns & Replacements 

Due to the bespoke nature of our products we cannot offer refunds or replacements for any items. However if there are manufacturing faults with the item we will replace them free of charge if we are notified within 5 working days of delivery.

Cricket Bats come with 12 months warranty on any manufacturing issue. If your bat develops a fault, please get in contact with us and we will arrange a repair or replace the bat. Please note that it is up to the manufacturer to decide if the bat is faulty as we will not replace bats which have developed faults due to careless use.

If we have sent you the wrong item we will replace it or offer a discount. You will have to notify us that the item you have received is incorrect within 5 working days of receiving the delivery.
