Ordering Process

Step 1

Use our kitDESIGNER to design your kit and send us the design to get a quote.

Tip: You can use the free online graphic editor at http://pixlr.com/editor/ to edit any logos.

You can also send us an enquiry directly through here or call us on 0808 1200 634 to discuss your specific requirements.

We will then send you a quote. 

Step 2

Let us know you would like to proceed with the quote and we will email you an invoice. If you are ordering from us for the first time you will need to complete the account setup form below.

Once you have received the invoice, we will require your exact specification. Please download and fill out the individual garment forms below. For help see the example below by Moritmer CC.

Production Process (bespoke & designer)

Step 1. Once all your forms are in we will send your logo to be digitised so that it can be embroidered or printed. We will also review your specification and make any changes to create a final production artwork. This usually takes 3-5 working days.

Step 2. We will email you the final production artwork to you for approval. 

Step 3. The order is sent for production after your approval. Once the artwork is approved we can no longer make any additions or changes to the order. Depending on the complexity of the order it can take between 2-6 weeks to complete the order.

Step 4. Approximately one week before delivery, we will email you to complete the final balance so that the order can be despatched as soon as it is finished.

Step 5. We will send you an email when your order is despatched and provide a tracking number. We normally deliver overnight to mainland UK.
