Every order is shipped by Standard Parcels via Royal Mail (unless Next Day delivery is bought). Proof of postage is obtained with every delivery and a tracking number will be e-mailed(if supplied) to you.

We will ship same day if your order is received before 4:00pm Monday to Friday (or 11:00pm for Saturdays). Standard parcels takes 1-3 working days to arrive after despatch.
